Transactions included residential, condo and 2-4 family properties that closed between 1/1/11 – 10/28/11. Buyer and seller transaction sides are counted separately resulting in 200% credit if one office represented both parties in a single transaction.

Clearly, Keller Williams Realty St. Louis is doing something right.

KW management provides quality training and support to help agents get the job done. While Keller Williams Realty may not yet be a household name in St. Louis, it won’t be long before the city is peppered with red yard signs.

If you are an agent looking for a growing company that will support your business and then stay out of your way, letting you run your business the way you see fit, give me a call so we can talk about if KW is right for you.

Experienced Agents Choose Keller Williams Realty

Judy Brown has had a long and successful real estate career. With 39 years in the business, she was happy at her Re/MAX brokerage. She was even a Vice President when she walked away and joined Keller Williams.

And then she was invited by a Keller Williams agent to attend the annual Mega Camp conference in Austin. No strings attached. She accepted with absolutely no intention of making a move from her comfortable world of Re/MAX. But the moment she stepped inside the KW office in Kirkwood (a St. Louis suburb) and started talking to people, she knew she wanted to be a part of this office.

Since this video was shot, a new Keller Williams office has opened in Chesterfield that is only 5 minutes from Judy’s home.

Judy continues to make the 20 minute commute to the office every day because of the energy and culture she discovered which prompted her to make the move in the first place.

Are you an experienced agent who is just putting in time at your company?

If your brokerage is no longer challenging you to stretch your horizons and fostering a new sense of energy, you owe it to yourself to see if it is time to make a move.

Coaching Real Estate Agents to Success

Last month one of our agents, Phil Hutsler, was asked if he would share how coaching with our office’s productivity coach, Judy Brown, has impacted his career and his life.

Phil’s story is powerful.

Watch the video to hear his story in his own words and to take a few minutes to think about if coaching could help you.

Free Coaching for Keller Williams Real Estate Agents:

Judy BrownEvery Keller Williams office has some degree of free coaching available through the Team Leader or Broker.

Our office takes it one step further.

Agents who join Keller Williams Realty St. Louis in Kirkwood can coach for free with our Judy Brown, Productivity Coach, until they become capping agents. The office provides group coaching for brand new agents to make sure they succeed in their new career. Experienced agents who are trying to relaunch their career or ramp up their income get one-on-one coaching.

Even better, there is no out of pocket cost for coaching with Judy.

Agents in coaching agree to let 5% of their commission split be paid to Judy with the office contributing another 5% of closed commission too.

Judy only makes money if she is successful at helping her coaching clients close deals.

After 4 closed deals, agents in coaching can opt out of the program and keep all of their split going forward, or they can continue working with Judy to increase their production until they hit the office cap. At that point, they should have all of the skills they need to build a successful career in real estate.
